Everything here — the articles, the journal, the videos — is my personal account of moving to and living in Australia. It is not migration advice, legal advice, financial advice, or career advice, and I'm not licensed to give any of those.
Visa rules, rents, wages, fares and government processes change constantly, and they differ enormously depending on your visa, your state and your circumstances. Always confirm anything important against the official source — the Department of Home Affairs, the ATO, Services Australia, Fair Work — or a registered migration agent. If you make a decision based only on a blog post from a bloke with a camera, that's a risk you're taking on yourself.
02. Accuracy
I write these notes as honestly as I can and correct things when I find them wrong. Even so, content may become out of date, and I make no guarantee that everything is complete or currently accurate. Any figures I mention are rough, from my own life, at the time of writing.
03. Your use of the site
You're welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please don't republish articles wholesale, scrape the site, or present my writing as your own — a short quote with a link back is always fine and always appreciated.

The writing, artwork and video content on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. Embedded content from YouTube, Instagram and Facebook remains subject to those platforms' own terms.
05. Links to other sites
Some pages link out to other websites. Those sites aren't under my control, and linking to one isn't an endorsement of everything on it. Their content and their privacy practices are their own responsibility.
